Total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time

Made-to-Order Craftsmanship: From an environmental sustainability perspective, all of our items are made to order. This approach helps us reduce raw material waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure that every piece is crafted specifically for you in the best possible condition.

Please note that production typically takes approximately 10-18 business days. As each item is individually handcrafted with great care and attention to detail, the additional time allows us to maintain a higher level of quality and craftsmanship.

Customs & Import Duties

For all international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply when the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs charges

  • Handling fees

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package in transit.
