We do not accept returns for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to differences in appearance, color, or personal expectations.
As many of our pieces feature natural gemstones, slight variations in color, pattern, and inclusions are to be expected and are part of their unique beauty.
We appreciate your understanding and support.
Regarding Exchanges
We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly arrange a repair or exchange, with all associated shipping fees covered by us.
Items not eligible for exchange:
- Items delivered more than 7 days ago
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
Regarding Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications, including:
- Ring size
- Metal type
- Design details
