Jewelry
We recommend using our Ring Size Guide or measuring an existing ring that fits well. If you’re unsure, ordering a complimentary ring sizer is the most accurate way.

- Proper Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft pouch or a dedicated jewelry box.
- Gentle Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to maintain its natural luster.

We strive to ensure every piece meets our high standards of beauty and quality before it reaches you. However, we use natural gemstones, each piece has its own unique character. No two stones are identical.
Shipping
- Processing Time: We carefully prepare your order within 10-18 business days. Pre-order items will have longer processing time.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, your jewelry will arrive in 5-10 business days depending on your location, Upgrades are available at checkout for additional cost.
- Tracking: Tracking information is provided for every order so you can follow its journey.
Please understand that shipments from all of our warehouses are shipped without paying customs duties. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties will be charged once the package arrives in the destination country.
These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer. If customers refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, they will be fully responsible for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.
Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges
We sincerely apologize, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders after they have been placed. Please be sure to carefully check the details of your order before placing it.
Because most pieces are crafted in solid gold and made to order specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns for personal preference, such as differences in appearance or expectations. Many of our designs feature natural gemstones, which may show slight variations in color and pattern.
Our jewelry is designed to be long-lasting and meaningful — rather than mass-produced — and each piece requires dedicated materials and craftsmanship once production begins. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours. We also stand behind our quality with a complimentary warranty. If you experience any craftsmanship-related issues, we’re always here to help with repairs or support.
We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re always happy to assist before purchase to help you choose the perfect piece.
We take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to repair or replace it at no cost to you, and all shipping fees will be covered by us.
Please note that exchanges are not available for:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Damage resulting from accidental impact, improper use, or normal wear
